2017 Fender Stratocaster Deluxe Professional Combination
Summary:
This guitar was born out of a desire to mate a wonderful Candy Apple Red Deluxe body (with a curved heel) with a Fender Professional Rosewood neck:
- Use a Fender Deluxe body so the guitar would have access to the high registers because of the heel curve.
- Use a top end rosewood neck to set up a color scheme and give a better neck experience (Hence the choice of a Fender Professional Neck – Taller Fret, Modern C)
- Use a Orange Shell pickguard to accent the color of the body and add visual excitement
- Use a Double Alternating Strat-Bucker ™ circuit
- Use a P-Rail in the Bridge position
- Use Creme colored pickups and knobs to blend with the Red color and pull the pickguard look together.

Body: Candy Apple Red Fender Deluxe Ash body with curved neck heel
Neck: Fender American Professional Rosewood neck, Elite Locking Schaller Fender Logo tuners. Deep C profile, 22 Tall narrow frets, 9.25 Radius, Bone nut, 1/8 inch American series truss rod. Gloss Urethane Front, Satin Urethane back.

BONUS: This setup can also come with a “SPANKY” Switch. The spank switch wires the neck and bridge in parallel, so you can get combinations 3 high gain pickups in parallel.
