TRIBUCKER™
The TRIBUCKER circuit creates a 3 pickup bridge and a humbucker for position 1 and 2. It is a very high output wiring option but it controllable with a BASSTAMER.
SONICALLY
- Neck Stays the same (normally unless it’s a reverse Tribucker)
- The Middle Pickup becomes a humbucker – Warmer than the Neck
- The Bridge Pickup becomes a massive 3 coil pickup (hence the “Tribucker” idea) – Very Warm
- GREAT Jazzy tones and nice strong output
- Works amazing with lower output pickups (like 57/62, custom 69, Squier)
Wiring Arrangement:
- Bridge + Middle + Neck = Tribucker
- Middle + Neck = Humbucker
- Middle + Neck = Humbucker
- Neck
- Neck
What to Expect:
- Position 1 is very high output and very warm. The BASSTAMER can really dial this in.
- 2 Different humbucker sounds
- The Neck pickup is always active in position 5
- Overall lowering of the frequency peak of the output for the Humbuckers
- Increase in output for positions 1-3
Other Circuits it works well with:
- BASSTAMER™
- SPANKBLENDER™
- SPANKSWITCH
- DUAL STRATBUCKER (with ULTIMATE SWITCHING)
