Overview

The Magestic Mix is based on the Powershifter EX (or sometimes the version

• Implements the Powershifter EX or GT circuit
• Uses 3 different Fender Pickup Models in one pickguard
• Typical Implementation
  • Bridge: A Higher end pickup like V-Mod II (Professional II), Tex-Mex or similar
  • Middle: Usually a 50’s or 60’s, ALWAYS an RWRP pickup for hum cancelling in positions 2 and 4
  • Neck: Usually a 50’s or 60’s, always different than the Middle or another high end up pickup.
• SSS Implementation

Design Consideration:

• Based on the rock solid Powershifter series
• Offer either Switched or push pull versions
• All pickup are different for giving maximium flexability
• All pickups are selected to be a a good mix, and not just randomly selected.

Implementation options:

• Two Micro Switches
• Two Push Pull Switches
