Yes, it’s true. We care about every sale, but unlike a monster site like Amazon we are a very specialized custom design service so the following policy applies to all sales or as noted.
It is our policy to do everything we can to make your custom Stratocaster experience off the charts!
That said here is some generic details on an sort of official return policy:
- All new purchases can be returned within 14 days of shipping, unmodified by customer.
- Customer Pickguard upgrades are handled on a case by case basis.
- All abandoned returns are subject to a 10% restocking and the purchaser pays the cost of return shipping.
- Exchanges for like goods are acceptable and are subject to the above Policy
Warranty
Our pickguards should always perform without issue. If there is a PART FAILURE (unlikely but it is possible) we will replace the part for no charge in labor but customer pays shipping.
If it is a wiring failure on our part (this would REALLY be unusual but it is theoretically possible) we would fix and return for free.
If the pickguard is over 5 years old or if you pour beer all over it, or if you leave it out on the beach in the sand, you’re on your own.
